What is covered

For 12 months from the date you receive it, we will exchange a Larkwell pillow that:

• goes flat and does not recover after fluffing and airing in the sun;
• develops lumps that do not shake out;
• splits at a seam or the shell fails under normal use; or
• weighs less than the weight declared on its card.

What is not covered

• Stains, spills, burns, tears, cuts and damage by pets.
• Damage from washing above 30 °C, using bleach, or not drying the pillow fully.
• The gradual softening every pillow has with use, where it still recovers when fluffed.
• Pillows bought for hotel, hostel or other commercial use, which have their own trade terms.

How to claim

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@larkwell.co.
2. Send a photo of the pillow, its Larkwell card, and your order details or proof of purchase.
3. We will confirm the claim and arrange the exchange with you.

Keep your Larkwell card: it records the declared weight and makes the claim quick. The guarantee is in addition to your rights under the law.
