About ball fibre, fill weight, ordering, washing and the guarantee. If yours is not here, ask us on WhatsApp.
What is a ball fibre pillow?
A pillow filled with ball fibre: siliconised hollow polyester fibre rolled into small, slippery balls. Because each ball moves on its own, the pillow shapes to your head, springs back when you lift it, and resists the lumps that loose fibre forms. It is light, breathable and washable.
What does fill weight mean?
Fill weight is the weight of the fibre inside the pillow, without the shell. Total weight adds the cotton shell. Larkwell Cloud has 1,000 g of fill and weighs about 1,100 g in total; Larkwell Classic has 850 g of fill and weighs 1,000 g.
Which Larkwell pillow should I choose?
Choose Cloud if you like a plump, soft pillow that springs back. Choose Classic if you want steady, medium support that keeps your head level. Both suit side and back sleepers. If you sleep on your stomach, message us before you order and we will help you choose.
How do I order?
On WhatsApp. Tell us which pillow and how many, and where you are. We reply with the price, delivery charge and delivery day for your area before anything is confirmed. You can also use the order page, which writes the message for you.
What is the guarantee?
A 1-year exchange guarantee. If your pillow goes flat and will not recover, splits at a seam, or weighs less than its card says within a year of normal use, we exchange it for a new one of the same model.
Can I wash a Larkwell pillow?
Yes. Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30 °C with mild detergent, no bleach. Dry it completely in the sun, shaking it as it dries, then fluff it before use. The care page has step-by-step instructions.
How can I check the weight of my pillow?
Weigh it without its pillowcase on a luggage or kitchen scale and compare the reading with the total weight on the card. If it is short of what the card declares, it is covered by the guarantee.
What size are Larkwell pillows?
28 × 18 inches (about 71 × 46 cm), a standard bed pillow size.
